How Silo Weighing & Poultry Climate Control Optimize Farm Operations at CAHE 2026 Chengdu

The 23rd China Animal Husbandry Expo wrapped up successfully during May 18–20 in Western China International Expo City, Chengdu. Regarded as Asia’s top-tier comprehensive livestock tradeshow, CAHE always gathers global breeders, farm project contractors, equipment distributors and technical purchasers from Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Pakistan and Middle East, which makes it an ideal platform to display our core automated breeding solutions.

Our Illinois Electrical team secured a standard customized booth at Hall 11, bringing our flagship product portfolio covering intelligent barn environmental controllers, high-precision silo weighing systems and automatic egg collection & grading machinery, all core configurations developed for intensive commercial layer and broiler production.

On the display wall of our booth, we lined up five mature versions of Lino Touch series climate controllers: SE+, MAX, LN-9900 and PRO+ models, each with differentiated IO port allocation and sensor access capacity. These programmable control units support real-time linkage of exhaust fans, evaporative cooling pads, sidewall air inlets and EC variable-speed equipment, compatible with multi-point monitoring of ambient temperature, relative humidity, ammonia concentration, CO₂ and barn negative pressure, which is exactly the core demand of large-scale poultry barn transformation across tropical and subtropical farming regions. Many overseas visitors stopped by to tap on the touch screen, verifying parameter setting logic and operational stability on site.

Apart from environmental control core products, we put our automatic egg sorting conveyor equipment on live running demonstration throughout the three-day exhibition. Potential clients from Bangladesh, Uzbekistan and Pakistan observed the whole workflow of egg conveying, preliminary screening and grading, consulting about installation matching with existing stacked cage equipment on their local farms. Meanwhile, our technical team detailed the matching scheme between silo load-cell weighing assembly and automatic feeding lines, introducing how real-time feed stock monitoring drastically cuts raw material waste and optimizes daily feed formulation arrangement.

Most foreign buyers shared similar industry pain points during face-to-face talks: unpredictable seasonal high ambient temperature triggering poultry heat stress, unmeasured feed consumption causing invisible breeding cost loss, and unstable grid voltage damaging conventional fixed-speed ventilation devices. Our integrated automation set, which has completed field commissioning in multiple South Asian poultry farms, is tailor-made to solve these regional bottlenecks.

Three days of onsite communication brought abundant intentional cooperation leads: several regional distributors from Southeast Asia intend to carry out small-batch sample trial orders, while large integrated farming enterprises from Central Asia plan to invite our technical engineers for onsite barn layout survey and customized system configuration design in the coming months.

For oversea farm owners and equipment wholesalers who missed our onsite display at CAHE Chengdu, you can reach our technical department for detailed specification datasheets, case reports of finished Asian farm projects and customized quotation. We keep upgrading our climate control and feed management equipment to adapt to diverse climate features from high-humidity tropics to dry continental Central Asian areas.
